Hi My parents has counter railway tickets for this train in 2AC from ADI to BSB through Railway Pass on 21st Sep. But they want to board it from Mahesana (MSH) as they are currently staying in Mahesana with brother. Is this possible? We are afraid if TTE will give their tickets to someone else if they don't board from ADI or SBI. If in case answer is that boarding from MSH is not possible or on luck, can boarding of this counter ticket booked using Railway Pass, be changed to MSH?. Kindly help as its urgent!!

Thanks for the quick reply. I can see two different reply. You are saying to meet station master of MSH with written application & original tkt but @ஆர் பி கெ~ is saying to go reservation counter of MSH & fill revised BP reservation form. So, I am confused between above two thing. Pls help b/w these two which we need to follow. Also can we get it changed today (19.09.2017) or it can be done only tomorrow (20.09.2017) for ticket date of 21.09.2017. Thanks in advance
Both reservation counter and SM office will not be far away.... They will be on same pf.... So better to consult both
Go to any nearest PRS counter writing an application to Senior Reservation Officer requestig for boarding point change from Ahmedabad to Mahesana.

AFAIK, you can get BP changed at any computerised reservation centre, with the permission of CRS(has got BP changed directly from the counter too & hence don't think it'll be a big issue).
As your train is scheduled to depart @ 2100h on 21.09.2017, you can get BP changed till 20.09.2017 evening. Suggest you visit your nearest PRS.
