Why not increasing the speed of existing BCT rajdhani instead of introducing a new rajdhani?

halts TT reduced by 1:25 hrs
So if new rajdhani reduces 4 halts travel time will reduce by at least 1 hr. Main thing required is speeding up in the existing tracks and givivn very very high priority. So, if new rajdhani can reduce TT by 4 hrs by reducing halts and increasing speed, then existing rajdhani trains can be sped up by at least 2:30 hrs by increasing speed. At least theoretically
