DOj cancellation is done before the final chart is prepared. actually the final chart was prepared before 24 hours before the train started. after the final chart prepared, the passengers is in W/L ticket automatically cancelled by the railway authorities. Rs. 40-80 reducted in a ticket. if RAC or confirmed tickets, cancelled before the chart preparation and deducted the same amount. if u can't cancel the ticket before the chart preparation, TDR request was made. after 90 days if the TDR is approved the 50% of the amount refund to the agents account.
