There is 1 -- 2A coach + 1 HA1 Coach (Half Second AC Coach) total 1.5 second AC coach in the train... the Tatkal option shows AVLBL -- 10... what are the chances of confirmation of non tatkal ticket of WL13/WL5?
This is better than Tatkal .. At least RAC (good chances for rac and if luck favors, it wil cnf)
In tatkal, if you dont get CNF ticket, then you have keep fingers crossed til it gets CNF as there is no rac . :

Thanks pradhyu ji.. however can i take a risk of booking a non tatkal ticket as running short of finances due to month end;-)
take the risk by PRS ticket ..should be helpful...

Since you have paucity for funds, why dont u try for 3rd AC as the coaches are 3 and WL is 9. Should have better chances than 2nd AC ?
