Do you think that manoj Sinha only focus is Ghazipur City and UP as he is doing dirty politics by taking away the alloted wcr and nwr lhb rakes either for his home town or his state UP trains

Yes of course, he should be removed from MSR

Manoj sinha is playing dirty politics. He is alloting LHb Rakes only for the trains originating from GCT(which is a B grade stn.). WCR coaches are known for their cleanliness and maintenance. It should have been the first zone to be allocated LHb. But sadly, it's all about politics.

* Manoj Sinha is telecom minster with independent charge and giving him MoS RM is not good for IR. He should fully concentrate on telecom which is also an important ministry.
