i am trying to get reseravation in HWH - Yeshwantapur express , from Visakahpatnam to Bangalore for 13th November 2011. The train is full already.(45 days ahead). Insleeper class WL 101. In such cases railways can plan to add one/ two bogies, which will help at least 144 passengers. This should be announced at least 1o/15 days prior to start of the train.
