Why aren't extra locos and rakes provided in Ndls for Sdah, Hwh, pnbe and bbs Rajdhanis but are provided for DBRT and RNC Rajdhanis? Because of this, sdah and bbs Rajdhanis suffer most and get rescheduled so frequently... ..they get very less time for cleaning n maintenance due to their departure times if the up trains arrive late by more than just an hour or so...

Rakes iska uska hone ka kya matlab? Dono zones ko joint responsibility lena chahiye for convenience of passengers who are paying high
Absolutely agree with you...but what would then respective zone do..??
Respective zone should request NCR to cooperate and do the needful of providing extra rakes in case of delays.
Respective zone should not sit idle passing on blame to another zone when its trains are not being handled appropriately.
