It is diverted via AGC-JHS-CNB due to washable apron at TDL. I think diversion should be made on the basis of actual running of train and not the scheduled departure. Day before yesterday, it was running 8 hours late before the diversion route. 12308 hWH JU which was ontime was not diverted and went through Tundla. Even if this 12495 would have been regulated in that BKI-TDL-CNB section, it could have been far less late than how much it is running now. As this was running 8 hours late, it should have passed through TDL at 1 AM (if it ran on original route) and i think at that time, there was no work going on!
