Someone tell WR that INDB RJPB weeklies & Shipra also needs PC.
But the trains which are getting PC are LHB trains....INDB RJPB & Kshipra are ICF.....WR may have received only LHB PCs...
wo kya WR 3 PC ICF me arrange nhi kar sakta ?
