Does 17643 Chennai Egmore to Kakinada "CIRCAR EXPRESS" has tatkal facility ?Because it is showng Regret/WL1 for all the days.

Must be a unique feature in IR, where the up train has no TATKAL but the down train does. Wonder if it is accidental or there is a RATIONALE behind this.
ya thats really a surprise. Even it has more demand from kakinda to chennai too.
It's the drought for a train in this route.
