Who does the timings set for the train..
This train has a loco reversal at GDG and the stoppage give is just 2 minutes..I don't understand on what basis the loco reve happen in 2 min
I am.pretty sure atleast 15min is required for the change to happen..

I agree that it has lot of slack in between
Considering that they can cut down the timings and those timings can be given wherever loco rev is needed
