Very few projects of SECR are sanctioned and enough funds are often not allotted for these projects too! how projects can be completed fast? So are the state of affairs when most of the projects of SECR are highly profitable doubling projects. The guage conversion projects of SECR too are amongst the last ones to be taken up by IR, when 75% of total MG/NG lines have already been converted to BG.
