1st you should understand ECoR and Odisha trains are not run to satisfy Jharkhand or Bokaro or SER hunger.
2nd thing, Its a Rajdhani connecting Odisha state with State Capital. So MINIMAL halts (as much bypass) should be done. Take any regular Rajdhani running all over country ; be it BCT or HWH or RJPB or SBC rajdhanis, least halts are provided outside the home state.
Its better if this train bypass both ADRA and BKSC. From CKP to GMO, even a Non stop run will be justifiable for Odisha state....
