Bhopal Shatabdi: chalti hai ek dum hawa ke mafik, speed aisi ke ruka de traffic - Varun

I travel frequently in this train. but last few months the train cleanliness are showing very very poor. specially the toilet not clean properly smell all through the lobby, dustbin not clean. the attendant are showing only the ticket checking time. like they are Jr.TTE. cooling system not working properly. water not available because the water drop continue from tap.. toilet seat (Western style) are broken. All through the horrible condition. when it running every time full. can anybody given any web site mail id ,so i can complain to higher authority.
