KLK mail rescheduled by 5.20 hrs. So it is expected to reach KLK so late that Himalayan Queen will be missed.

Kalka Shimla is excellent road.. Though there are some work happening in patches but very good road..
Anyways Shimla is no longer a hill station, it is as good as a mini city now..Less of hills, more of traffic jams, and buildings..

By road aap NDLS se bus lelijiye...Wahi same route hai bus ka bhi Jo trains ka hai..UMB-CDG hoke Panchkula Kalka and then Shimla...
Kalka tak achii road hai baht...Volvo rides best hoti hai..easly miljaegi Volvo's aapko...
Around 9-10 hours mein AAP pahuch jaoge Shimla Delhi se...

Buddy if you are travelling to Shimla. You must stay 1 night at Barog station. One of the most beautiful stn and good cottages available at the Barog stn.
Just go directly and meet stn master. Most likely you will get the rooms. They charge 750 Rs. for Cottage and 300 for retiring room. Barog is one of the most beautiful station.
