A Special train for Mumbai Sub-Urban people having halts in intermediate stations up to Vapi to skip them for coming to BCT/CSTM/LTT/DR etc for catching trains to NDLS. from vapi to AII very limited halts as there are so many other trains including A/c SF's Duronto and Rajdhanis, after AII also Before DLI stops only given. you can think this special is for Mumbai Sub-Urban to NDLS Sub-Urban special.
