A feasibility study will be taken by German consultant/govt, to introduce high speed trains between Chennai and Kazipet (Total of 643 Kms)..Proposed duration of study will be 22 months and cost will be bared by Indian and German. If it materializes they are claiming it will take 3 hrs to cover the above distance..
