Hello,
I want to request railways to look into the RAC (Reserved against confirmation) quota as In earlier days ticket will confirm even if RAC is till 100 but now a days even RAC 10 is not sure whether is confirmed or not....

Railway cannot do anything in this . These days very rarely anyone cancel ticket.
in earlier days? population is increased so that no one even top predictor of IRI can not say that an rac or wl ticket will confirm or not

Even now one cannot able to predict RAC or WL it's very difficult many types of quotas came into existance that may be one of the reasons.
