IR is looting the public of JBP by running the Spl fare trains from many years and still these trains are not yet regularized but other zones are getting new trains due to election effect so how many years more passengers will pay more to travel in these SPLs and even JBP-Pune SF which is running from 3+ years now is not regularized and many steps also taken by CR to stop this train by not giving them slots but somehow WCR managed to run these spls till now...
