I travel in in Garib Rath 2-3 times in a month between CST to BSL, 60% trains runs empty during non seasonal time, most of times TT takes 200-300 rs from general ticket holder nd tell him "jaha pe khali ho waha beth jao", now tell me do u require AC train?
