Hi, I just travelled in this train. It started in kacheguda yesterday night 11:30 P.M (95 mins late) and reached bangalore by 4:30 P.M today evening. So please think before planning to travel in this Train. Its Horrible experience (May be this delay is common for indian railways)

Special trains are always the poor time keeping trains of IR. I once traveled by a special from SBC-MAS, even though the train was on time till Arakkonam, from there onwards, it moved slowly to reach CHN 90 mins late.
Once upon a time even booking could not be done in Spl trains as no one knew what the composition would be. Lot of improvement has been done in this regard.
Spl train would be waiting fo rakes from other trains and hence would get delayed. Regular trains generally get priority over them which is one more chance for it to get delayed.

This must be because of some problem on AJJ-MAS sector. A train cannot afford to get delayed here as this track has a line-up of trains and hence delay of one train will mean delay to everything.
How can u travel in a train on March 22nd, when the train's run will start only from April 18
