HWH Raj Has 2 First AC(H 1 And H2).HWH-Puri Has Tow first AC Cum 2 Ac (HA-1 And HA-2) ..
And in Future; SC-VSKP AC Duronto is Going to have 2 First AC Coaches.

Earlier, Mumbai- New Delhi Rajdhani was also having 2 1st AC, but now removed
Only Hwh Raj has 2 permanent 1st AC Coaches. Other Raj did/does not have permanent 2-1st AC Coaches. They are attached on demand.
