Heard the news about a train and such tragic thing happened but didn't go in to detail, too disturbing.

Very tragic and could have derailed train also... Owner must be jailed but I don't think it will happen because of vote bank..
Can't say its a case of negligence from the person who grooms these sheep, they usually know the timings but a unfortunate thing, its a big financial loss to him.
