If we book ticket under Ladies quota, do we get seat in first coach (SLR) or other coaches do also have ladies reserved seats? Can I give Preferred Coach in the case of Ladies quota ticket?

My relatives are travelling in this train and I want my grandmother to accompany them in same coach. Booking is in RAC mode and 5 seats are available in Ladies quota. If I book in Ladies quota and give Coach preference, will I get the same coach?
