Can we list out the States in which only No Cityl has a dedicated connection to Delhi (Except the State Capital) ?

I have Jharkhand in my mind, because only Ranchi seems to have a dedicated connection to Delhi, no other city in Jharkhand has a dedicated connection to Delhi (correct me if I'm wrong).

It is need of the hour that DHN and TATA both hav dedicated connection to Delhi. When ANVT -DHN - ANVT spl ran, everyone thought it is going to regularize instead Dhanbad lost the affordable Premium train connection to Delhi, Howrah Duronto. I don't know what the hell PN Singh is doing to improve rail transportation in his constituency. One of the top earning zones but still.... On the other hand Nishikant Dubey for fist time became active in rail matters and what he did? Diverted HWH DRNT via JSME . Sixer on first delivery in first match.!!!!
