Hi Friends,
Please tell me if any passenger wish to travel from AGRA Cantt and his ticket is issued from Dhaulpur in 12965 which is the last station from AGRA and distance is only 50 KM. should he make to change the boarding point or not.
For travel to next station ...boarding permitted by railways or not. Without boarding can he travel from the next station from where ticket is issued

Please tell me Kya TTE ek station tak bhi passenger ka wait nahi karega. Some says that travel from second station is valid and there is no boarding required.

Provided the next stations falls nearby or forms a cluster with the boarding station of the traveller.
Ex:- YPR/KJM, BCT/BVI.
In some cases, TTE wait for people to board from KGP for those who were actually supposed to board from HWH!! (Note:- The distance and time taken between these two stations is quite high)

Cluster is quite a big boundary!!
Nauchandi Exp: ALD-SRE: Quota gets changed from LKO, while Bachrawan shares quota with ALD!! If unavailable, i always book from Bachrawan but board from LKO, without getting boarding changed!!
In Gyanganga, TTE waited till Ahmednagar for passenger booked from PUNE!!
Mayb in AC they play safe, as compared to SL!!
