Yes.... Previously rail budget means new trains hence everybody interested
Now rail budget means new projects and funds for existing projects

Budget chahe kaisa bhi rahe but JU-BDTS, JU-Tambaram , JP-UDZ antyodya ke announcement ke bad to yahi lagne laga h ki shayad Trains ke mamle me Rajsthan ke achhe din aane wale h.
Even that isn't mentioned specifically any where may be the total estimated allocation will be mentioned by FM & rest we need to search in Pink books.
Haan Jodhpur ko new trains milegi aur rail budget me projects bhi milenge.
We are expecting 2-3 new surveys also
