I was also thinking the same.. if you're in sitapur then .. you can go to stp .. may be my friend has given wrong info.
Pic provided in entry 2649965-9 represent current plan of SCC & STP which would be linked with each other but would be serving as different entity.
How much work is pending.. ? I'm waiting to travel by train to sitapur and lakhimpur
For ASH-STP wait till Apr;2018 and for rest section wait till Aug;2018 but by 01-Jan-2019 ASH-STP-LC-GK-MLN will be open for public for sure.
I will have to wait for so long... Also waiting for GD- BRK GC completion
