i really love indian railways but still confused why some group of peoples called managers mininsters are spoiling its name.

more... full from 1st day of opening booking, 'tatkal' on which people would always complain if they fail to get ticket.
IRCTC- a website which even fails to run properly when there are less people trying to book ticket. god knows where they thinked about making this such a dumb project. a website which is said only for some special group of peoples who have a VALID ID and INTERNET and a knowledege to operate a computer, and if this peoples do not get ticket they will again go on shouting we tried our best and not getting the ticket. No wonder why this website invited to promote their name several peoples who are called as principle agents and then this principle agents invited some more called sub agents and on and on and on this process went till they got all their investments back. As of now this website has got its popularity so they throw them out as well. In a population of billion govenment cannot gaurantee a job to peoples and cannot work for them but if some become agent and start to earn then they too have problems and not acceptable to them.
One day i asked a agent why do you charge so much he started to explain me complete process in eticketing which was complicated and risk of losing some money if he ends up booking a waiting ticket.They are asked to take a service charge of rs 10 for sleeper and 20 for AC god knows in which era is railway living to ask them to take such a huge service charge.
Then i started to find why they want tatkal quota and people to plan journey 90 days ahead. This is something which no one has any clue and even they will make us fool and never answer since they have the power to contraol railways and they can get a ticket whenever they want. This means that if you want a Railways ticket then apply for a job in indian railway and then get a ticket if you become its employee. If you are low level employee then you will get a single Berth but if you are high level or some ministers then you can get a whole bogie which would never be attached to clear heavy rush but can be attached to transport a single useless people.
Railway wants peoples to compromise but will never do to find out route cause of all the problems and solution to these problems. well after all its government job who cares whatever they too trains would be full and they do not even need to advertise to sell the seats.
Again same old story we are in loss so want to increase the ticket fare is anyone going to stop them from doing so after all its their railways no common man can contraol it. New dynamic method of Fare will be applied soon and railway will be set to give it self status of services like what is provided by airlines.
In coming years railway tickets will be sold at premium rates. only to peoples who have a valid id like today applicable on tatkal and e-ticket since you do have a ID you are not eligible to make reservation. and future tatkal will only be for people who need them to get them you have to submit a valid reason then enquiery will be made like one we do for VISA and then you will be given a ticket.
