Chart prepared, nothing can be done, you are not allowed to board the train, ask TTE, if he can do anything. if you have not booked online, you have a chance to travel on wl ticket, by requesting TTE, else other chances are being seen by myself, wait 5 mins.

Madam, if its fine then book in Visakha exp from SC to Bhubaneshwar. Tatkal Quota in 2A is Available, 3A in General Quota is in RAC.
