Kindly refer total run-time of trains (ALD-CSTM/PUNE) and compare all trains' @ ALD & PUNE!! U get the answer buddy!!
Plus, its not regionalism but just truth mechanism about certain zone, which this time comes near ur home!!

Mahanagri is having much stoppages & that account for its low AVG Speed!!
Exception (ALD) and all (PUNE), there exist a great difference between them!!
I think, sometimes people dont try to beat bush which only may beat them in return!!
