TATA Steel Express - Second Sitting sasta bhi, sabse achha bhi - Ravi Raj

Shoundt both Northern Railways (NR) ans North Central Railways (NCR) have some other Time Table for the months of November-January just like the Monsoon Time Table in Konkan (KR)
Like here in winters the TT shouldnt be hampered but the frequency of trains should be minimised to some extent...
Because just think of the General paxes travelling in such suitations where trains are 15-20 hours delayed...

the trains which are not even Superfast like 14217/18 and 14163/64 in NCR..
Cancellation of trains is done by these zones but such things should be done with prenoticed things...so that paxes get to know that yes my train will be on time and will depart on such and such day only...

I said this beacuse one of my relative travelled from UMB yesterday by 12232 CDG-LKO EXPRESS...to attent a day function in LKO and the train arrived LKO today at 21:30 (13 hours delay)
Some thing should be done...
