Legally and Practically NOOO kyonki fir jo lega wo aapki id tt ko kaise check karayega or tt ko shak hua to wo to fansega sath me aap bhi fansoge
No u cant sell... And its good to cancel ticket coz it can make a waiting clear and will good for other passenger..
