As per my knowledge i m quite sure... Dec 2017 k ander ander ya 1st Jan se Delhi Bhatainda route pe E-locos start ho jaayenge.. Bcoz entire route is under wires... May be Bhatinda Junction par abhi bhi kaam chal raha hoga but still i m sure Dec month k end tak electric locos start ho jaauenge is route pe.. Lets c kab good news milti h :-)
