Partiality of railboard , they have diesal loco for this but not to 12873-74 . whose saga of delay begin with LC at chunar , if it run with d loco end to end then delays will be less .
Koi faida nahi hoga.. will ncr say,late due to excess of mail n freight trains.. sirf priority de do...phir to ye WAG me bhi sahi rahegi..
