Sir, firstly most stations in TG have four languages and it does not appear congested. An SB is to convey the station details and it does its job.

As for why English is required, Telangana is in South India, and as such many South Indian's(apart from Telangana) are not aware of reading either Telugu,Hindi or Urdu. And the population of South Indians from other states is obviously way higher than any other non-TG community people in Telangana but we obviously cant put three more languages(Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam) everywhere.
