Railway Board Chairman Confirms that Ernakulam Diesel Loco Shed Will Not be Closed. There were A lot of reports coming recently that ERS loco shed is going to be closed since most of the routes are being electrified and since Railways is not considering it to be upgraded to Electric loco shed.
Railway Board Chairman also Informed the Government of Kerala that They will Consider Changing it to Electric loco Shed.
