Nope, Shatabdi is kind of a train which should be according to the convenience of People and most of the people who can afford it or prefer it live near Habibganj area, so Shatabdi should start from Habibganj, otherwise it's patronage would fall drastically.
Since Dynamic Fare isn't going away anytime soon, for the sake of patronage it MUST START FROM HABIBGANJ.
The only way to improve Shatabdi's Performance is to remove smaller halts, it should only halt at Jhansi, Gwalior, Agra and Mathura. A Jan Shatabdi should be run on opposite timings...
