Is the postponement of journey not allowed in 3A of Rajdhani Express ?
Recently I was trying to postpone my journey of 20502 Agartala Rajdhani (ANVT PPTA 3A CNF PRS ticket) in 12310 Patna Rajdhani (NDLS PNBE 3A CNF),but the booking clerk denied and told me that Journey postponement isn't allowed in 3A of Rajdhani due to dynamic fare..Is it true ?
Actually he was little confused..Before giving me the above reason,he told me that those PRS tickets aren't eligible for journey modification which are paid by Debit Card at counter instead...
