---Now tatkal ticket only 1 day before the journey date
--no refund for confirm tatkal tickets
--tatkal ticket will be issued only if identity proof will be shown at prs counter
--agents are not allowed till 8am to 10am to boook tatkal tickets

the above steps are been taken by ministry of railway to stop the black marketing of tatkal tickets
