Can anybody update regarding Rayadurga - Tumkur new line especially from Tumkur stretch where the land has been acquired

GTL-BAY-HPT RE Sanctioned in 2013 and as per SWR Website Target they Showing March-2018 source click here
but dont know how much true this target still lot of works need to be done. almost 4 years after sanctioned still RVNL being Executing this project with so much high speed that it will complete in 2020 i think. :) SWR very slow in RE works and also SWR dont have single Electric Loco Shed yet after Lot of routes get RE they again starting Asking for other Zones E-Loco like how they asking for other zones to run trains on BAY-GDG-UBL section
