But your concern route is ghat section so Avg speed will be below 55 but Other brother concern y to pay extra 30 rupees for non SF train and that's right from people point of view it should not be burden on ppl so one option this can run as express from Vasco to Londa /UBL and after that it can run as SF until Kazipet. Yes their are trains in IR whose Avg speed less than 55kmph so IR should degrade such to EXP cause simply extra 30 rs can't be given by people for same Express category train..
