I understand that we cannot book tickets for train DURONTO EXPRESS
(12246) for the station "Vizianagaram Jn (VZM)", but is it sure that there will a stop for that station.

For the last few days the same train is stopping at VSKP. Does it means its a permanent tech stop for the same??

12246 had tech stops at KUR, PSA, SCMN long time back when it was newly introduced all of which were substituted by BBS, VZM and BZA. Only RU was not changed!!
