Brief : CB-10 tripped with DPR/OCR at KIG (Kolaghat)/TSS and did not hold OK. After segration found bracket insulator broken at location 50/7X. OHE wire snapped and entangled with panto of T.No.38451 (HWH-PKU) resulted all three panto got damaged. Same attended by TRD staff. Major/Sec- Howrah-Kharagpur (HWH-KGP), Minor/Sec-Bagnan-Deulti (BZN-DTE),Time-22.37-05.33hrs, PTW-23.44-05.33hrs, AOH-7/8.02.17, Last FP-28.11.17. (Under investigation).
