absolutely not only confirmed ticket passengers are allowed to travel as far as my knowledge goes call 139 and talk to customer care for further details gud luck
RAC ticket holders can travel in Rajdhani trains. I just called up the railways customer care and double checked as well.
RAC ticket holders can travel in all reserved coaches, including Rajdhani. They have to share a berth with another RAC ticket holder, until the TTE decides to move them to a full vacant berth.
But, Waitlist ticket holders cannot travel by Rajdhani, or any reserved coaches in other trains.
