Should this train be re routed via pollachi , palani so that it could save minimum 2 hours and a lot of diesel ,also save money of people as they only need to pay for shorter distance? In this way, it could start 2.5 hrs late from Dadar and reach TEN Still at the same time. places like CBE is having a dedicated daily train to mumbai but dindugul,palani and pollachi not having any.Also it could connect religious places like Palani and Mookambika and Madurai.

This proposal was already submitted by PGT division to SR.
But as per CPTM , SR fears that it would be resented by existing users b/w CBE and KRR.

The train belongs to which division ?..........Ideally feel the proposal should come from TEN, only then will some thing will happen.

I agree with what you say but karur, Erode, Tirupur doesnt have any direct train to Goa excluding this train if it is made to run via Pollachi so the better option is that they make the train run biweekly and run 1 day via Pollachi and next via Erode, Coimbatore or run 4 days a week and make it run 2 days via Pollachi and other 2 days via Erode, Coimbatore as Madurai, Dindugul, karur, Erode area doesnt have any direct train to Goa or in general to the Konkan region and as a result people living in the Konkan Region are finding it very difficult to reach their native...
