Grievance Description : Dear Sir, I want to appraise issue of congestion at Lucknow Northern Railway station. There are huge number of trains are passing through this station and since years this station having same number of platform and same entry and exit line. Yard remodeling was proposed but it seems after spending on saying this will also not start. Please try to understand the oversaturate status of this station. Please let me know when much needed platform increase and 4 line entry exit will.happen, why railway always try to touch patience level of passengers. Kindly let me know the status of the proceedings.
