Sir, If I buy a confirmed 3ac ticket form Alahabad to Delhi, and if I miss my train ,

As per rules, you can not change the train if the ticket is confirmed. It is valid for that particular train only. You have the option to cancel the ticket and if it is eticket then file TDR online. You will get 50% refund. Regarding travelling by other train, you have to buy a normal ticket and request the TTE of train for accommodation, and if will be available, you may be given berth by paying the fare difference.
