If you are calling NCR Biased then I hope you know that when a train bound for STA crosses NYN it blocks the path of train towards ald for 15 min,Now I gave you 4 trains,So 4*15=60 min and when any arrival or departure from ACOI happens towards MGS it does the same so 20 min by 12176 and hence 2397 80 min for KCN-ALD,This is not called being biased,This is called handling a complex railroad which no other zone's controller do does,except NCR
