If I take the ticket from Howrah to Mumbai, can i board at Tatanagar, as the train stops for technical reasons
No, your berth might have been alloted to someone(WL) else and you might have the risk of loosing your berth

Just think u boarded train @ TATA & TTE dont have allotted ur seat & like a winner u gone on ur seat & rest, ,,that smile is million dollar worth, ,,, but just think of ur mind being f**ked throughout till u get ur seat, ,,milega-nhi milega-milega-nhi milega !@@#$%#@$%^&&T$$#@#%%^
Now another situation, TTE alotted berth to sme1 else (rare chance, but its by chance thn????), u fight TTE, make an issue, warn/torn him, even u teach RPF a lesson in between & the TTE...
